2008 prices for rentals of 2 nights (minimum stay) to one week are as follows:


Maximum 5 people
Discounts may be available for stays of longer than 4 weeks in the one unit (conditions apply).

Deposits

A Deposit is required when making a booking. We have a strict policy of "no deposit - no booking" with
- $100 deposit for bookings of less than 2 weeks
- a deposit of one week's rent for bookings of 2 weeks or longer

Full payment is required 14 days in advance.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy
1. Bookings cancelled 2 months in advance of the start of the booked time will be refunded fully.
2. Bookings cancelled between 2 months and 15 days of the start of the booked time will forfeit the deposit ($100 for bookings of less than 2 weeks or one week's rent for bookings of 2 weeks or more). If full payment has been received we will refund the payment minus the deposit.
3. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
4. There will be no refund given for guests who elect to depart early.
5. There will be no refund given for guests who arrive later than the expected planned date.
6. Guests who fail to arrive will receive no refund.

However, there will be a refund if the booked unit has been re-let and payment received for the entire period of the original booking. Although we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation this is not guaranteed.

We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans as the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
